since i ordered this item it has been played everyday with no problems. it is easy to use and i think its just great many thanks

this product is very poor. i had the first one for about 3 days before it broke and i had to send it back.
they then lost it at the warehouse so i wasnt to happy about that. i got my replacement and 1 day later that broke .
this is a very cheap and nasty product paying this price for a touch screen is cheap but for this product its a rip off.
stay away from this product trust me

Bought this product for my sons birthday and what a mistake! A very poorly constructed product which kept turning off during operation. Screen was very scratched when it arrived, as it had been definately used previously. Should have spent the extra money and boughta branded product. Sent product back after dialogue with JSM, however they claim they have not received it! Have maded a claim through Royal Mail, no offer of compensation was made from Supplier. Will definately not be purchasing anything from them again!
