The sound quality on this produce is really clear. One thing I really like about it is that any updates you do on one handset are automatically transferred to the other handset so you don't have to clear redial and call lists on both handsets. Also contact list updates in second handset as well. Very happy with this product and haven't found anything to moan about.

Have had Philips phones before and was more than impressed. After getting 10 long years out of them they died. I then bought BT phones which probably lasted 1-2 years. I then bought Seimens twin phones which lasted 2-3 years. I have now realised I should have stayed with Philips. The phones are great. Really easy to use and has loads more features than most more expensive phones. Really pleased with with this purchase.

I don't know what people are raving about, It's just OK, I suppose because it is not easy to find any other house phone that shouts about it's hands free speech quality we have to make do with this one. Yes it is the best I've used, yes I am happy with it. Here's a nice touch, you can program the handset not to hang up when you return it to the base unit so that you can walk around, pick your nose check on the oven etc. then return to your desk. The handset feels nice and robust in the hand but the base unit is too light, you don't get a solid feel when you return the handset and so it has a tendency to move slightly. Simple to set up and use, logical to program. If you want something that looks like it will do the Duracel thing.....Go on and on.....and with good quality hands free sound this is it. Other manufacturers need to pull their finger out to give Philips a run for their money and take advantage of the growing "working from home' culture.

The base is a little too light and a colour screen would be nice but apart from that, it works and I quite like it, better than BT anyway, recommended!

Good looking phone but had to send it back once has the battery life is very poor. Second phone i recieved just as bad not even a third of the life that is stated
