 Disappointed, 2010-02-19
Am really disappointed with the above product in that despite it being unlocked,the phone is barred. I took it to phone specialists who advised me that the phone cannot be used in the UK since it was barred. This followed my fruitless efforts of trying to use it but it kept showing sim card in active. I intend to return the phone to the owner soon since I cannot use it.
I'm really disappointed cause I meant to give it to my son as a present.

The phone looks really cool and feel good in the hand. It's well designed and so far (I've had it a month) it works very well.
The pros are:
- The sound quality in conversation is good
- The menu layout ect. is wel designed
- The camera is excellent and really handy to have
- The walkman is brilliant and doesn't affect the battery although at top volume the sound quality is lost
- The accessories are really good, an attachable speaker that clarifies the sound at top value
- 8GB memory card as standard
The cons:
- Really ugly, fussy designs for the display themes
- I had a problem with signal and losing conversations but Orange told me to swith off 3G in the mobile networks section and switching to standard GSM mode
- The software provided with this is a little complicated and took up to much space on my old laptop
- The battery doesn't last long (3 days) but takes a short time to fully charge (1 hour)
To be honest I've always had Nokias and when I'm finished with this I'll go back to Nokia since this is a little style over substance. For me it's aimed at a younger (16-20) market. I use my phone largely for business and this I think is a phone made more for fun than for purpose. Slightly style and features over function and phone calls but on the whole, if you're not an old fuddy duddy like me, this might be for you.

Well,people obviously purchase this item to have an all-in-one device.As it's a phone,camera,camcorder,webbrowser,walkman,etc...I ve been using this phone for a while now and I must say it does not worth the price,concidering that the picture quality it produces is really week. The photos are not sharp enough,pixellated.Not to mention the video taken by this phone is very poor too.It cannot drive my AKG headphone,it's just not loud enough. My 5 years old win.mobile takes more decent pics and videos.I would not buy this again, go for a windows smartphone instead.
