Hmm, well yes it is an mp3 player, And it does work, kinda. I'm afraid that's as good as it gets though. Its cheap and flimsy, with a terrible build quality. The sound is awfully dull and distorted, even at low volumes. I bought it with the accompanying speaker/docking station for my 5yr old daughter (I didn't want to buy her the genuine apple product, as she'll probably lose it or convert it in to a Barbie skateboard), but even she noticed the inferior sound quality.

The nav is complicated, cumbersome, and nothing like an ipod. I still haven't figured out how to get back to the main screen to switch from video to music without turning off, then on.

Oh, it only plays mp3's. I know that sounds obvious, but if you have an extensive library of digitised CD's in aiff or wav format, you might be spending a while converting them to play on this device!

I now wish I hadn't been so tight and bought my daughter the authentic apple version. My advise? Give it a wide berth and loosen the purse strings a little.

The FM radio is set to Japanese frequency and I can't get any UK staions? So that option is not working.
Listening to music I have installed is fine but find the system to choose songs is quite annoying.

Had this item a few weeks for the price it's just the ticket, decent sound quality and most importantly is compatible with most docking stations.

I wouldnt adivse using the software that comes with the package just plug and play like a disk drive and drag any files across. Some problems sometimes with format errrors but two or three songs out of a thousand isnt bad so can live with it.

No shuffle/random play option which is a bit of a dissapointment.

I first purchased this as i was looking for a reasonable prices mp3 that i could listen to music and also the radio as i often go jogging i didnt want something that was gonna be too expensive nor something i would worry about getting damaged! so i was looking for something stylish and cheap!
However cheap is not how i would describe this, yes it is low cost but its a excellent little item to have;
It is so easy to download music on to - the easiest i have found so far!
It looks great - most people cant tell its not an actual ipod!
It charges up really quickly, not only from computer but, with the handy adapter, from any socket!

I liked this item so much when i accidently dropped it in my cup of tea - i needed a replacement, so i came back and ordered another one! (the original one is actually working again after some drying out which shows how robust it is, and my niece is now happily enjoying that one).
The instructions that came with it were not the best but it is so easy to use i figured it out really quickly!
I have been in touch with the seller and they were extremly helpful and nice! And in the future if i need another replacement - because i am careless etc, i will definatly purchase another form here!
