 Simple, stylish and does the job, 2009-10-28
I bought this triple pack following probelms with and upstairs extension, we couldn't resolve the crackly line and the engineer advised that I purchase a pack of cordless phones. The bad review almost put me off but I am so glad it didn't.
I love the style, most cordless phones are ugly, stand up and don't particularly go with any decor. Not these, they are small, neat and blend in beautifully.
Now to function: there are oodles of features on these babies. An ample phone book, caller id, intercom, hands free, an answer machine that can be easily switched on or off to name but a few. I have in the past had a very expensive cordless phone but these are far far better and with DECT the sound is very clear.
I am chuffed to bits with this purchase and would recommend them to anyone wanting a classy home phone that's easy to use.

We were looking for something stylish, effective and discreet.
Most of the dect phones on the market look phallic, unnecessarily complicated and shiny.
These are easy to set up, have a good range of ringtones and clear reception.
The phone book can be entered into one handset and then transferred automatically to the others, and only the first handset requires a telephone socket.
The other handsets just need a mains socket, and the adaptor/charger is about the size of a 3 pin plug.
My only criticism is that you have to go into the menu in order to access messages on the answering machine, a one touch option would be better.
Overall i wouldn't hesitate to recommend these phones.
 Signal terrible and crackly, 2009-07-30
I bought the twin version in orange. the phones look very good but the reception is terrible. It keeps "searching" for a signal. I disconnected all other equipment e.g. router etc and tried in master socket and it still did not work very well. I tried putting an expensive adsl filter and tried again and still crap quality. Bought BT Synergy 4100 phone and it is great.
