The best phone's I've had, great big numbers and looks nice, good quality, really loud speakerphone and clear display..what more can I say, buy it.." This was purchased as an additional phone to link up with the other four I already have, so I knew what to expect. Ring tones a bit dodgy but got used to it now.

We struggled to find out why our brand new BT 5000 series handset continually crackled and when we took it back, the shop had no hesitation in saying that it was not the first time he had heard of such a problem and to try the panasonic.
Very,very pleased with the phone - it just lacks one tiny feature that the bt fusion phone had and that is that it will not answer when you pick it up off the base station. You have to press the receive button before talking.
It could be perfect with this feature but the sound quality is brilliant and i would score it 9 out of 10.

We bought this to go with a twin-set (KX-TG 6422 - with answer phone) after our old clock/radio/telephone gave up the ghost!
No instructions provided however? (although found some online). Eventually rang Panasonic in some confusion, who kindly talked it through - advised to follow the original instructions and remember to link the additional handset with the base station.
Now totally compatible and a welcome addition in the home.

JUST LIKE TO SAY THEY ARE VERY NICE ADDITIONAL HANDSETS GOOD TO USE AND SEE AT A GLANCE WHO IS CALLING IF YOU HAVE CALL MINDER WITHIN YOUR PHONE TARIFF, ALSO WAS VERY EASY TO CONNECT TO EXISTING MAIN PHONE AND TO COPY PHONE BOOK TO EACH HANDSET.
