After about a year, the most used handset stopped working. Bought new batteries which resolved the fault for a few weeks, but clearly the charger cannot be working. Now the other handsets are playing up and new batteries do not help. As experienced by other reveiewers, calls often can't be answered when the phone rings, resulting in running round the house trying them all before getting to the good old corded non digital phone(which never lets us down)only to find the caller has hung up. Keeps us fit, but there are more pleasurable and less frustrating ways to spend one's time. Complete waste of money, don't buy these phones!

I love them. Easy to use really like the fact you just need to put in the address book once and it will copy to the others. Really reccommend.

Bought this set to replace a very old analogue cordless. Very happy indeed with it, high-capacity memory, good battery life, good reception.
Couple of not-so-good points: you can enter masses of numbers and broadcast the address book throughout all three handsets but groups that you allocate on one set aren't propagated to the others - very odd. The ring tones are fairly dreadful, but that seems to be the norm with modern handsets. I quite like a good old plain Ring Ring! but you just can't get that even on modern gizmos :-)
Finally, when there's message waiting, it would be useful to have an occasional bleep from the base station; as it is, you have to remember to look to see if there's a tiny flashing light to tell you there's a message waiting.
Anyway, they're fairly minor gripes, I'd recommend this Panasonic set.

At last I have found a machine with a digital display that I can actually read. So many other modals
have very small letters with no back light and badly spaced out pixels on the display. Being a 'Silver Top'I find it a truely easy display to see who is ringing before I answer the call.
