The sound quality is good. It is a quite efficient product. My only quibble is the low volume of the ringer. In my house you cannot hear the phone if you are in the garden.

I have found this product excellent. Previously I had a BT system which was poor, being let down by constantly cutting out. This product has a reliable battery system, and excellent speaker. I have found it to be a much better product and more reliable. Well worth the extra cost.

I purchased this system 4 years ago following a very good "Which" review. Absolutely no problems - works wonderfully.
I purchased a 2nd set for a friend w2ho,after taking time to set it up properly, is delighted with the product.
My only criticism is that the chargers are quite small and,being partially sighted, I need to look more carefully to ensure proper positioning - although the handset does emit a satisfied noise confirming. proper positioning
Overall - not cheap but good value for money
