Bought this for my mum who is elderly & finds buttons on normal phones very difficult. This one is easy for her to use. The large display is great too. It's also simple to use the phonebook to dial numbers. At last a product designed with the elderly/disabled in mind. Now want to find the same in a mobile phone!

What was in the box was just as expected. The setting up was easy and all worked first time. The short names in the Directory are a problem, that is why it is not 5*. Also, the cable sockets on the units supplied are not compatible with those on the single unit bought earlier, so the cables cannot be interchanged.
