Did think this BT phone was very good, easy to use and love the big buttons. Its just a good product all round and ticked all the boxes for my needs.

This telephone is quite long winded, in its operation, you have to go into the menu to find missed calls, ring tones are terrible and build quality feels very hollow.

We ordered this for my 87 year old father-in-law. It was recommended by a hearing specialist as he is very hard of hearing and phone conversations between us in Fl and him in England were pretty painful. Now he can hear fine and it is great fun to talk to him. He loves the phone.

Good unit, sits nicely in the charger, nice to handle and easy to dial as well as receive calls.

The item did not meet our requirements. There was not enough characters in the built in phone book and my left handed wife found the rocker switch on the side awkward.
