Great phones, easy to programme, clear sound, and I'msatisfied with every aspect of the product. Just what I wanted.

We have been using these phones now for 5 weeks and are very satisfied
The only thing we miss is the option of having a 'bleeper' when we have messages waiting which is the only thing preventing us giving 5 stars.
The system was easy to set up and the ability to copy names and numbers across all handsets is excellent.
Not sure the colour display does anything for usability but I would recommend the set to anyone needing 3 handsets in a medium sized house

I waited a few months before writing a review for the telephones to be sure they were as good as they appeared. The clarity of sound on them is excellent (I find it hard to hear on previous phones we have had) the reception through our thick stone walls is great. The features are all as advertised. The functions are clear and easy to use
base station freeze, 2010-07-28
I like these phones a lot, they are very simple and easy to use. Only problem is when we had a power cut, the base station froze and rendered all the phones useless. We have had to apply to get a new base station which still hasn't arrived 6 days later and we have no phone!! not good.
Great telephones, 2010-05-12
Delivery of the phones was, as usual, prompt and efficient, with very secure packaging. Set up of the phones was very easy and, following an initial charge period, they were put into full service. The phones are very easy to use and very clear - I use the 'speakerphone' setting all the time and am very happy with the volume. The people that I phone tell me that their receprtion is also very clear and the 'speakerphone echo' that was evident on my previous phones is no longer present. I like the facility to store numbers on one phone and then send them to the other two phones, as my previous phones had to have the numbers put in individually - this saved me a lot of time. The ability to use the phones as intercoms could be very useful, especially if there is illness or disability in the house. The enclosed instruction manual is comprehensive and easy to follow. The ring tones could be somewhat better, but I soon found one that I could live with - but I can understand what other reviewers said about them - fortunately, I am not so fussy in that respect. My only real criticism (and it is a very minor one) is that there is not a great deal of weight to the handsets, which perhaps makes one think that the quality is not as great as it is in reality. Altogether, I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to anybody wanting a good phone system at an affordable price. 9/10 from me!
