Extra unit needed to add to a pair of the same type already being used.

Problem with supplied batteries, but these were promptly replaced without any problem.

Otherwise it arrived and worked as expected.

Found to be ideal for normal family use, but would have liked to have a prefix option, rather than needing to manually add the required prefix to every number.

This phone is excellent in many ways but for me being partially deaf the volume even at maximum is too low. Panasonic phones have usualy given good, clear sound quality. This phone has a clear sound but insuficiant volume. I have an older Panasonic model KXTG7160E which I bought from a recomendation from RNID that is very good on clarity and volume.

I've had lots of phones in my time but this one is about the best. Easy to use; easy to "program"; easy to pay for (great price from Amazon). All in all, very pleased indeed.
