Genuinely suprised how good this product was for the money I paid , fax copier and printer . Perferct for the home office . Speedt delivery too
 Big problem with duff ink cartridges, 2010-03-24
I bought a bunch of these for work, but they have a major problem with the ink cartridges that come with the machine. The fax machine comes with a starter ink cartridge with less ink than the normal ones. It's these starter cartridges (marked M41S) that are the problem; the normal ones (M41) are all right. Failure rate of the starter cartridges in my experience is 40%, which is astonishingly high. Returns processing is to return the whole machine to the supplier, which isn't always practical. Otherwise, you can buy a "full" cartridge, but this costs almost as much as the machine itself. In any case why should you? You don't spend money on equipment only for it not to work in any way at all.
I sent a letter to the MD of Samsung UK - no reply - and phoned customer services who promised a callback, but never did. So not only Samsung sell a product that doesn't work; they don't support it properly either.

Easy to use, works very well in a home office environment. Much easier to use than previous models from Samsung. Lost one star because the ink is very expensive and it is hard to source a generic version.

Have not had any problem so far, but I only use for sending and even that very occasionaly. So need to take my review with caution!!
