This is a decent looking phone with the reassurance of being a BT product. Easy to setup and use although as mentioned before, the display isnt the easiest to read without bright lighting. It is slightly plasticky compared to older BT units but wireless range and signal are excellent, ring tone is disturbingly loud! only downside is that in my opinion, the audio clarity is not that great. All in all, at the price, this is a fantastic bargain.

The answering Machine part seems very unreliable, we have had to reset it 3 times. The BT Helpline has been good, but one really shouldn't need it!

This answer phone has proved to be a great disappointment. Messages left are incomprehensible. No point having it as I cannot understand a word of any message. Rubbish. It'll go into the bin.Perhaps it is just this one, but why take the risk! Don't buy!

the phone is alright, i was rather disappointed that when you ring or receive calls on it the light does not illuminate to see the number you are dialing.

First impressions were good. It looks good, rests in you had well and you don't get that annoying echoe sound like you do on some cordless phones. I am having problems with it though. The handset goes out of range when further than 2 meters from the base which is very annoying also the green button (lift receiver) is a little temperamental and wont always work!!!
