The phones are very pleasant to look at (important to me, they go well in my minimalist environment).
One of the reasons I chose this one, was that it copied the phonebook to all phones,so only need to enter numbers once, however it worked on the second phone but not the third, I tried it several times gave up and entered all those numbers in again on phone 3.
My husband thinks the sound is not satisfactory at times, he finds it difficult to hear sometimes, I find the sound okay. In all I'm very happy with this phone and would recommend especially if appearance is important.

We've had these phones for 3 years now. They've been dropped, chewed and splashed but they're still going strong.
The speaker is excellent - allowing children to more easily use them - eg to grandparents.
Good battery life - normally a day or so, which isn't bad after all this time - having never "exercised" the battery.
They look great in white and after all this time they still look pretty new.
 Disappointed with Features, 2010-07-12
Bought this product in April 2010 and quickly found that it lacked what I considered to be some basic features. I had previously owned a BT Diverse system (which broke after many years use) and had wrongly assumed this would be similar. To outline:
1. Each handset has it's own separate address book. Although you can synchronise them, it is annoying (and time consuming) to have to do this with each handset every time you add a new number;
2. You cannot transfer calls between handsets;
3. The volume is very low on the handsets (on both handsfree and regular). Callers have often told us they cannot hear us properly;
4. The blue screen backlight is not easily readable;
5. The answermachine does not timestamp messages;
6. You can only have 10-12 characters for each phone book entry (and only in capitals) and so have to abbreviate quite a bit.
On the whole I would definitely not recommend this product to another person.

I chose this product as it was a replacement for my Philips phones which had lasted some years, and they are similar in design so thought would be easy to use. Phones arrived and set up, but less than 2 months later they are no longer working. I have tried to return them but after registering with the seller that the phones are faulty and need to be returned (about 3 weeks ago now) I have had no reply or further contact so feel I cannot recomment either the product or the seller.

I would not reccmmend this product as it isn't an HD sound telephone which specifies that it is and the handsfree speaker phone volume is not very high so causes problems if it is not held to the ear. Also problems with the red light keeps flashing on the phones even after you have deleted the message on the answer machine. I have found it very inferior to our last set of phones with answer machine and more difficult to do certain things on it.
