Faulty phone, it wont charge, have tried to contact seller but they have been suspended from Amazon.... not happy as the phone was expensive and I seem to have no come back at all!!!

I am a simple man who justed wanted a functional reliable phone. I found the buttons fiddly and the phone slipery. The sound quality was also poor as you really have to focus your ear over the speaker. The lack of caller ID to my imported contacts list was fustrating and to cap it off the software kept acting up. After about 8months I have a phone that doen't like the conversations I am having as it hangs up automatically and only lets me use the keypad when it wants as it freezes all the buttons!
So let me give this phone a resounding vote of RUBBISH! sort it out nokia!

I've had this phone for two years and although I recently bought the Nokia Music Express (5800) I am still using this phone. The sound quality of this phone is better than the Music Express, which is rather disappointing. It seems that new phones now have some sort of sound cap meaning you can hear all kinds of background noise even when good earphones are being used and the volume is at its loudest. So I'm mainly using the Nokia Music Express phone to go on the internet as it's very good for that. This phone also has more volume settings than the Nokia Music Express. It's a good phone to buy on pay as you go. You can get a 16GB memory card to go with this phone and store a reasonable amount of songs on it. So it's great to use just as an mp3 player. It actually sounds better than the new ipods which also appear to have the dreaded sound cap. If you want to use good quality earphones with this phone, you will need to buy an adaptor to be able to use normal earphones rather than the Nokia ones. The phone is also extremely robust, it's been dropped lots of times and still works perfectly.
