 Good Headset but it does have some limitations if using for long conference calls (as a home worker), 2009-10-19
I purchased this through LiGo The product arrived within 48 hrs well packaged and as described.
I paired the headset with my new Panasonic KX-TG8422EB Colour DECT Twin Phone With Answer Machine - Black
The PIN number for me was 0000.
I am using this to work from home as part of my job. I spend a long part of the day on conference calls so it is perfect for multi tasking whilst waiting for the meeting to start. However, there are some issues.(see below)
Positives are;
1. Extremely comfortable headset that is light and easily swapped between different ears.
2. Easy to answer phone when it rings, you just press a button on the side of headset.
3. Easy to set up. However, read the instruction manual.
4. For a home worker, it is comfy and makes it possible to multi task when not active on a call.
5. Great clarity \ noise quality.
It is a good headset but could be improved, my only criticisms are as follows;
1. It is not that easy to put the headset on mute or off mute. You have to hold down the Volume lower button for about 3 seconds. This is tricky on an active call when you want to speak or someone asks you a question it takes 3 seconds at least before you can take the phone off mute and speak.
2. Once you are on a call and you have been on for a while, it is hard to tell if you are on mute. It does say that when you mute the call it does 3 mid tone beeps followed by one every 15 seconds. Then when you un mute it does 3 low tones. It's really hard to tell though and nothing on the headset tells you. It would be better if it had a RED light when on mute and green light when NOT on mute. This would stop you saying anything when you are NOT on mute.
3. The lowest volume setting is really loud, it would be better if you could go lower. Not sure if anyone else has found this. Loud is very loud. You will not have problems hearing people :-)
Great purchase, 2010-03-15
Great purchase - a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it. The only thing I would say is that if you plug into a desk phone (in case you want to use either the headset or your handset) the set up instructions tell you that it must be 15 cm away from your phone - but the wire is too short!
Excellent value for money, 2009-06-12
This phone does exactly as it says. It's comfortable to wear whilst moving around the house. The clarity for both me listening to the caller and them hearing me is excellent. I was able to do the ironing and other household chores whilst on the phone, which was exactly what I wanted from this. It was supplied to fit my right ear, but converts with a bit of fiddling to work in my left ear. There are multiple earpiece bits supplied to choose from which you fit before use. Very easy to do. I use it with my BT Graphite 1100 cordless DECT phone. I had to set the PIN on that to 9428 before I could link this as the second handset. I have no idea why this is not mentioned in the documentation supplied with the phone. Transferring a call from cordless handset to headphone is straightforward. I ordered from LiGo via Amazon and the product arrived within 48 hours. I am very happy with this product.
Perfect hands free shop tool, 2009-10-27
We use this headset with a Panasonic DECT cordless phone as an additional handset and it works like a charm. We run a bookshop and have to continuously work on the computer system while being on the phone and having both hands free to use the keyboard and mouse is great. Not sure how we managed without it in the past...

This item is fantastic, I purchased it based on its looks and it did not disappoint, although looks is not all that is good with this product. The clarity of the ear piece is great and everyone I have asked has said that they can hear me perfectly too. I would like to thank the previous reviewer who pointed out that the PIN was 9428 instead of 0000 as quoted in the instruction manual (not sure how I would have found that out on my own!), this saved me a lot of time and effort when registering it with my Panasonic KX-TG8223 cordless telephone. Well worth the investment if, like me, you are often busy working on a computer or searching through files whilst on the telephone.
