Sadly, I was NOT happy with this product. I bought two, as gifts to send abroad. Ones they received them, they did not work. They just would not charge. I wasted my money.

This was the 1st bluetooth headset I bought and I wish I'd done more research. THIS NOKIA IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Seriously, avoid this one at all costs - the battery life is appalling and you'll be lucky to get a 20 minute conversation out of it before it starts beeping at you telling you to recharge it. For the money, go for something like a Jabra - much better value, longer battery life (week of use between charges and I average 1000 miles per week for business with it on all day) and will work with any make of phone unlike the Nokia.

I'm not normally the type of person who complains, but this little piece of equipment has driven me up the wall.
The battery life is shocking, an hour and half at the best.
Very uncomfortable to wear, with the ear clip repeatedly breaking.
Probably the most frustrating thing about it is the way it just loses connection for no apparent reason.
My advice would be to opt for the Jabra, which my colleague bought at the same time and has had no problem with what so ever.

I only wish I had read the reviews in this forum before buying the HDW-2, because almost all the criticism of this device is completely merited.This is my first bluetooth headset, and what a dissapointment it is! The battery life is a joke - I don't think I have ever got more than about 1/2 hour talk time, and the unit frequently disconnects from the phone. There must be better models on the market than this. There can hardly be worse. Buy something else.
