Geemarc Clearsound Telephone, 2010-06-08 The phone was a present for my Sister who is hard of hearing, and has proved ideal for her. Not only can she hear the phone ring from any part of the house, she can, because of the adjustable volume, hold a proper conversation - something she has been unable to do with an ordinary phone. Would recommend.

Receiver volume (normal/high). Hearing Aid Compatible. Redial/pause function. Wall Mountable. Mute Button. 1 Year Warranty. Flash recall. Desktop/wall mountable.
Good simple phone, 2010-04-05 I bought this to replace a wall phone in my kitchen. It's easy to use and simple to fit. I didn't need lots of features so this phone is just what I needed, the only thing to be careful of is the wall fitting which is a very snug fit for the handset so that it rubs the wall when pulled out and returned. Nonetheless a good phone at a good price.

Geemarc
- Hearing Aid Compatible
- Receiving Volume control +30dB
- Receiving Tone control +/- 10 dB
- Stores up to 99 incoming calls name & number, date & time
- Stores up to 30 outgoing calls number
Ideal phone for the hard-of-hearing, 2010-01-04 I purchased this phone for my elderly, very deaf, mother, who has difficulty using phones that lack a hands-free option - even when the volume is set to maximum. The Geemarc was easy to set up, the keypad is clear, and it's a doddle to use. As a bonus, the battery back-up means that it can be used to make and receive calls during a power cut.

Using my AUB300, 2009-05-14 I spent ages looking around the web for a phone that had a large number of buttons for dialling preset numbers. Many phones have scrolling address book lists but they are fiddly to access. There is nothing better than just pressing a single button.
Actually I have some business numbers I need to call where there is a verbal response that needs to be followed by more dialling, so I have been able to set up sequences using several buttons which I just press in sequence.
Also I have a prefix for a low-cost call service defined on one of the buttons so I can just hit that button first when I can get a cheaper call.
In searching the web I found out just how rare it is to get a phone this versatile, ie with *sixteen* presettable buttons. Most of the ones on offer are business phones at extortionate prices.
My AUB300 was the exception. It has the features I wanted, at a very good price. The speaker phone feature is very good, with adjustable mic and speaker volume controls. And programming the buttons is logical enough that I don't have to keep referring to the manual.
The only gripe I have, and this is minor, is that there is a delay of about 2 sec after pressing one of the preset buttons, before it dials out. This delay seems entirely arbitrary and pointless. I cannot see the reason for it, unless it is some sort of regulation-imposed constraint. And there is no way to reduce the delay.
I have been using the phone for the past 1-2 years. Quite apart from the features and good sound quality, the build quality is very good, and I expect it to last.

Brilliant phone, 2009-10-22 Bought this phone for Mother-out-Law who is 88 years old with poor hearing. She says it is the best phone she's had since getting her hearing aid. We can now have a phone conversation with her without having to shout. Excellent product.
