Boxed like new and in perfect working order but a lot less cost than a brand new one.

Excellent well made phone, 2010-04-28
Had this phone three weeks now it is brilliant well made solid feeling easy to read displays that can be turned off when not in use - but the clock display is also really usefull and not too bright by the bedside. All the set up is really intuitive after a quick read of the instructions and LiGo were quick to answer the one technical query I had. I know there are cheaper phones but some are really plasticky compared to this. Only two downsides:-
1. The answer machine does not emit an audible signal when there are new messages waiting - we were used to this and its really hard to get in to the habit of looking to see if there is a new message waiting. But I do like to be able to listen to a messag in case its for me but if its not to mark it as unread so I don't need to remeber to tell other family members they have a message.
2. Limited range of ring tones - had read this in reviews of othe Siemens phones and didn't think it would matter but there is no traditional ring tone. The one that comes close doesn't seem to come out with as much volume as the rest.
Still these are minor matters - if I had to buy another I would still buy this one!

Amazing value, 2010-06-08
With my mother-in law having fallen a couple of times, and needing assistance to get back up, we were looking for something that would just contact selected relatives. She didn't want to get through to a service operator.
This does the job perfectly, and is a fraction of the cost of a service contract.
When the button is pressed and held down for a few seconds (we get her to practice this every week)the phone starts dialling through each of the three preset numbers in turn. If no answer, starts all over again.
When we go on holiday, it is easy to reset the memory buttons.
The volume control and speakerphone functions are very good, but the emergency button function is brilliant.
The peace of mind we get knowing that if she falls she can call us, and can hear us over the speakerphone, makes this amazing value for money!

We bought the phone for a 90 year old relation. He is very pleased with it as it is easy to see and use. The caller display is clear which is a real boon for him to avoid nuisance calls.

Fab phone - very good value for money, 2008-12-21
I have had this phone since September 2008 and I think it's brill. You know who is phoning before you answer. In addition to this, the phone lists all the missed calls. This phone is a real bargain at £14.75 (plus p&p). I like it so much I'm going to order another one for upstairs.

I was looking for a speakerphone that doesn't cost the earth. The AUB300 does the trick quite nicely. I haven't used many of the features (memories, for example), but even for its basic operation it's perfect. The speakerphone function works very well. It's ideal for long periods on hold. You can mute while on speakerphone too. It has a volume control for the speaker, which is a useful touch.

The phone has caller ID, which I wasn't expecting either, and you can see on screen the numbers of people who've called, plus date & time. You can then hit a DIAL button to call them back.

It has a raft of other useful bits and pieces, such as a clock, with date, and this sets itself automatically. It also has a call timer to show you how long you've been on the phone.

The phone does take batteries or a power supply, and after reading someone else's review on here, I bought the PSU (available from Amazon, incidentally, despite what another review says). As it happens, the phone works without batteries OR power supply, getting its power from the phone line. I've not put batteries in and the PSU is still in its box, so I'm not really sure why the PSU is needed at all...

In summary, I would say this phone is excellent value for money. It has a very good build quality too, and I feel quite happy with my purchase.

This is a brilliant retro phone that you can actualy use and the colour is great and bold. Its also got a really long phone lead.
