I've been using this phone just over a week, and love it. I was going to buy the LG Cookie, or the LG KS360 - I kept changing my mind so dad told me he wouldn't order me one. Then I found this on an 02 contract (100 mins, unlimited texts), and asked for it. It arrived the next day, but we didn't set it up for a few days. It took nearly 24 hours to fully charge the first time!
The touch screen is amazingly responsive, even with the protective stuff on it. The picture is clear. The camera is ok, if you have a steady hand, but much better than my old U600. I don't have problems with selecting when trying to scroll, and I don't think a stylus is at all necessary.
All my mates have the LG Cookie, but say mine looks much more expensive - it feels nicer too!
The biggest problem is getting the back off - it is quite bendy, and looks/feels like it will snap.
Also brilliantly easy for downloading music and stuff onto it - just USB it without even installing the software.
It can also take some text files, and ebooks. I aboslutely love this phone.
Ok, it isn't the most expensive, so it doesn't have some features - but ITS A PHONE! I personally won't pay much for phones, because I would be worried about damaging it.
I have heard of a few problems with this phone, mainly about call quality. I don't really use this phone for calling and speaking to people, but I have found that the quality is not brilliant. However, it is actually better if you turn the volume down.

If you are looking for a cheap phone, that looks good and performs well, get this. I wasn't sure about a touch screen, but it is amazingly easy to use, and I make less accidental calls than I did on my Samsung U600!

This phone is perfect for me, and I wouldn't change it for the world! Amazing phone, much better than the LG Cookie!

I have had this phone for a couple of months now.

I had a PDA for years and wanted to upgrade, which included a phone, so spent a lot of time researching various products. I have not been disappointed, as it works great as a PDA. It has never crashed, and works great with my vista laptop.

I agree with other reviews that the battery life is poor. If you are using it all day, then I would suggest increasing your purchase to include a secondary charger. I got a cheap, car charger.

Memory is not very high, so recommend purchasing a card, I went for an 8gb, which appears very adequate for my needs. Music & photo's will sync with Media Player.

If you are a fan of the Ipod, I think you will be disappointed, whilst listening to music. Switching between tracks is slightly cumbersome. Personally I bought this to be a phone + features of a PDA. I do not listen to large amounts of music.

The Touch Flo interface is amazing, if you switch it off, it reverts back to Windows Mobile interface, which is good and mirrors the interface of most PDA's, so I found this very familiar. However I am sure once you disable the Touch Flo, you will be enable it within minutes. It is so easy to use, and looks great

If your looking for a phone / PDA then this is the one. This phone will be hard to beat.

One other thing, I recommend getting a cover!

Over the last couple of years I have owned many phones such as Sony Ericson, Samsung, and Nokia. My last phone the Nokia n82 sounds great on paper but in reality had a poor screen and a even worse battery. The Blackberry however has blown me away. Email works great, Wifi internet looks great, the screen is great and even the media side holds it own. I also own a ipod touch but have started using the blackberry as first choice for music although you need at least a 8gig card inside. One thing all reviews have said on the negative is theirs no 3g and the camera is poor. The lack of 3g is a shame but its a feature I never used on my n82 and means the blackberry battery is amazing (up to 3 days of normal use). The camera I have found works well but in dark conditions the quality does break up a bit (as most mobile camera's do including top end 8 megapixel phones). I can very easily say this is a great phone, second best in market only to the iphone but cost less than half on contract.

Best Phone I Have Used For Years, 2009-06-07
Well where do i start after purchasing a Touch Pro 2 and an Acer M900 i was expecting to be let down a bit by both after being a blackberry man having the curve and storm recently i love how easy they are to use.

Unboxing this phone i was surprised at how shiny and solid this phone really is the slide out QWERTY is the best i have ever seen with the keys being generously spaced.

Once switched on you get a beautifully crisp and clear image on the screen. Once it had finished setting itself up it was instantly ready to perform and boy did it.

I thought i would start with testing out the keyboard it is awesome i was able to, with the spacing of the keys get some very quick typing speeds similar to that on a normal PC keyboard.

Touchflow 3D is awesome however i installed SPB Mobile Shell which is even better.

Overall i really love this device and would recommend it to anyone looking for a windows mobile device in my eyes i could see this phone becoming a netbook killer as you can do everything on here as you can on a netbook with the bundled office apps and internet explorer it makes for a truly mobile office experience.

A true iphone beater.

Just the ticket if you don't want a camera.Excellent bluetooth.Clear large buttons and great Nokia menus. I have had loads of supersmart and sometimes delicate phones. I cannot fault this phone and I sold two old phones for half the cost of the Nokia 3109 so now I am on a no hardware deal with Vodafone.
