Item worked perfectly out of the box (under Windows XP Pro SP2). Streams audio from Windows Media Player to Sony Bluetooth Headphones (DR-BT50) provided Media Player is started after "connecting" headphones first. Also identifies mobile phones in the vicinity.

Advantage of small size is that adapter could be left plugged into laptop when moving it around.

Well, I spent quite a lot of time looking for the best headphones at a reasonable price, and these had the best reviews. They arrived yesterday, so only been wearing them for a few hours but my first impression is great. I wore them to travel to work on the bus, and i could hardly hear it at all or the noise of noisy children etc, they are very comfy and they really do keep the sound in, nobody in my office can hear them!!

Love the carry case too!
