This is a very basic phone which promises caller display as well as answer machine features. We have gone through the instruction manual several times to activate these features but it has failed to deliver. Will be returning this phone.

Hi,
The phones are not good, they are always either going dead or you can hardley hear the person on the other end even the volume is high. After fully charged it only last one call before it dies out.
It was a waste of money and I am really disappointed.
