Great Buy, 2009-06-22
I was very lucky, got this set of 2 phone on refurbished . They look and act just like new. I searched a lot of the net for these phones and the prices were very high £195 and so on. Got these for 79.99 and would have paid full price for them. Buy them for whatever price you can find they are worth it.

I purchased the response 75 plus primarily for the 50 minute recording time, I found the playback sound was very poor, and when you press and hold the delete button, it not only deletes the incoming message but the ogm and the time setting, making it useless. on the plus side Amazon were amazing in refunding my costs.

loads of cheaper answer machines out there - all with user unfriendly aspects and not very reliable - this is our third in four years, and Amazon insist on reviews instantaneously - it would be more relevant to review it after a year...

like a car, you can't really tell how good it is until it has outlasted its guarantee...
but this one is looking good and Phillips are a reliable brand in my experience..

i purchased the bt freestyle 750 3 digital cordless handsets, because of the information on the amazon page on the web. i am very pleased with this product,everything i read before purchase is correct, i find the handsets are easy to hold, the buttons are very easy to use,and the handsfree is the clearest of any cordless handsets i have had in the past, i have the base in the lounge, h/set 2 in the kitchen and h/set3 in the bedroom,the price from amazon also helped award this product with a well earned 5 stars. We find the product up to scratch in every way and very easy to understand and operate. I must also commend Amazon who arranged for delivery during the so-called POSTAL STRIKE. We received the answering machine from the postman two days after ordering (5 stars for Amazon).

I bought this for my elderly parents. It has been a lot quieter in their home since this was installed. OK so I had to set it up, but my father is 95!

No more stupid sales calls, no-one getting the wrong number. I will be buying one for myself as soon as I get round to it. Luckily not at home much so miss most of the nuisance calls, anyway.

Highly recommended for all who want to have a peaceful life.
