Best phone I've had, 2010-03-03
I bought this phone for my mother who is quite disabled due to arthritis. She has tried many phones, but found them difficult to see and difficult to use. She is delighted with this phone as it was simple to set up, the numbers are large and very clear to see and she says it is the best phone she has ever had.

Does what it ought to do, 2010-05-01
I bought this to add to the three handsets I already had, since they worked well enough. I wasn't able to place the new handset exactly where I wanted to because of a wonky signal, but the house is very big, so that wasn't unexpected.

A warning to anyone buying the full set (with answering machine) - the sound quality of the personal message I recorded (and I tried many times) is comprehensively awful, and if anyone else hasn't had this problem I'd like to hear from them.

Very pleased with this product. Simple to use, modern stylish design. Some of the ringtones sound a bit tinny and they are very similar to each other. But overall a good product.

Great Kit!, 2010-05-11
The kit arrived sooner than I expected and was set to charge straight away. As soon as the batteries were charged it worked and has been a saviour of time and hassle - I'm in a wheelchair and it allows me to carry one of the handsets with me wherever I am and so not miss calls if I'm not near a fixed phone. Highly recommended!

Amazing value!, 2010-01-31
This is a decent looking phone with the reassurance of being a BT product. Easy to setup and use although as mentioned before, the display isnt the easiest to read without bright lighting. It is slightly plasticky compared to older BT units but wireless range and signal are excellent, ring tone is disturbingly loud! only downside is that in my opinion, the audio clarity is not that great. All in all, at the price, this is a fantastic bargain.

This was very easy to set up as an additional handset to the BT Diverse 6250 - DECT Cordless Phone with Digital Answerphone purchased a few months earlier. It was very easy to transfer directory to new handset.

The reason I originally chose these models was because of the headset port so that it can be truly hands free (no additional headset was included although there was one with the 6250)
