A fantastic VOIP phone. Very basic display and functionality, but as a phone works seemlessly. It took approx. 5 minutes to get it up and running with our office trixbox server. Very reliable in operation, and rarely looses registration. The web setup is self explainatory, all you need is the trixbox and gateway IP, username, and password - and your done. Software update was also painless via the setup page.

Well, I took a chance with this phone and tried to ADD it to my BT phones it DID work with them but not as well as I would have liked and was not pefectly compatible with them so am not now using it but as a single phone it seemed very well made and worked well and was very good value.

New answer machine/phone, 2010-08-03
Have recently bought this phone/answer machine as old one died. So far so good. It is neat, easy to use. The instructions for setting up are clear and simple. It does what it says it does and takes up little space compared to my old answer machine.
I would recommend it.

There is not much you can say about a DECT. Every function worked flawlessly (caller ID, BT connectivity, answering machine and so on). I was particularly impressed by the metallic touches across the headset. Overall built quality gets 10/10.
For those who want to use this DECT abroad, it is doable, though bear in mind you will need 2 power lead adaptors and one RJ-11 to RJ-11 phone cord.

I bought this as I am a home worker with an office in the garden, if you ignore the setup instructions included with the product and instead follow the instructions listed by another reviewer here it is a doddle to set up, as for performance I am very pleased the quality of the signal I get in my office is as good as in the house.
