Good quality stylish product at a great price. Extra long cord is attached to the handset rather than base so really comfortable to use. Usual fast Amazon service. Dont forget to order a filter as well if you are on broadband as much cheaper through Amazon than on the high street.

I bought my headset following a car accident and could no longer rest the phone between my ear and neck (I know you shouldn't!). I thought it was an expensive item but, having been advised to get one by my GP, went ahead and ordered it. I bought the Handset Lifter at the same time, as it only cost an extra £20 with the headset but to buy later would be around £45-50. When it arrived, I was a bit confused about what plugged in where but the Plantronics website has interactive set up guides and I had it sorted in 5 mins. It's easy to use, the sound is crystal clear and, with the Lifter, I can answer calls anywhere in the office, no more having to run back to my desk. If you don't need to talk to people away from your desk then you won't need the Lifter.

Initially, I'd ordered the wrong item and contacted the supplier, liGo Electronics, direct. They were very friendly and really helpful, advising on which headsets were compatible with our office phone system. I returned the wrong one to them and had the correct one on my desk within a few days. They were really good.

I think my headset is brilliant and don't know how I managed without it, it's given me back the freedom to be able to use both hands whilst on the phone! I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Set up is easy. Display clear and the buttons are tactile. The sound quality is good and on the whole I am very pleased with this purchase.

Happy with my new Philips phones, 2010-06-02
Phones arrived in good condition (product previously used). Instructions easy to follow. Very pleased that only the master phone needed to be plugged into a telephone socket. The other 3 slave phones just needed access to power supply. Only complaint is that internal memory list of phone numbers is not centralised and has to be set up on each handset. Perhaps this was too much to expect.

I've got mine leaning against an upstairs rear window facing towards my summerhouse, approx. 75 feet away. Reception is excellent. Initially I was put off by the price, so I bought a non-Panasonic one which didn't work. This one was up and running within 5 minutes. Recommended.
