Delivered promptly. Easy to connect. Neat, compact, with quite large keys(really useful for shaky hands). Easy conferencing, just pick up another phone. Don't mind the ring tone as long as I can hear it. Answer phone flashes when a message has been left. Only complaint is with the documentation. Difficult (at least for me) to find out what to do the first time a function is needed, because all necessary info is not on the same page. Would recommend this product as it meets all my needs.

A first rate replacement for my BT cordless phones. They work better over greater distances & don't keep losing the signal as the BT ones did. They were also cheaper than BTs replacement phones. All together a very good buy. Add to that the speed of delivery & you havean excellent package.

Having bought a digital telephone a few years ago in order to keep up with the national trend of going DIGITAL just to find that the phones were in fact a bit useless. However these Panasonic telephones are 100 times better than the previous ones I had. They are easy to use, (the instructions are so simple), the volume on the phones just great, answer machine is so simple and they look fab as well. I would recommend these to anybody in fact I already have.

This phone was purchased for a friend on my recommendation as I already have an earlier version which I rate very highly but is no longer easily available. This new version did not disappoint and my friend is extremely happy with his new phone. I did do quite a lot of research when I bought mine and panasonic came out on top in all reports. All in all highly recommended.

Very easy to install and use. Haven't tried all the fancy features, I just wanted a 4-phone pack so I didn't have to run long distances to pick up the phone. You do need to turn off the back lighting for the phone in the bedroom as it is very bright but the instructions are clear to follow (got this tip from another review). From reading other reviews, I was a bit concerned regarding the range of the phone away from the base station. The phones work well in a large 1930's thick walled 4 bedroom house. I haven't tried to see how far down the bottom of the garden the phone will still work but if out of range, that's what the answer phone is for!

No WIFI interference!, 2010-03-07
We were getting constant static interference with our BT cordless phone (Quartet 1100) from the WIFI broadband. Quite frequently, we have to turn off the broadband router in order to have a decent conversation on the phone. Read somewhere that a DECT phone is less likely to result in interference, and so decided to try out this Panasonic model. Really glad we did as we're not getting even a hint of interference with this phone!

I bought this Panasonic KX-TG6421ES answer phone after having had a very complicated phone/fax/answer phone that went wrong. What I wanted was something simple to use with large illuminated numbers on it that are easy to see. It does exactly as it says on the tin. I am very pleased with it, it was easy to set up and is easy to use. I would thoroughly recomend it if all that you want is a no frills, easy to use answer phone.
