I've now charged, used and recharged this battery over a period of a couple of months and it seems to be at least as good as the original battery - can't say much more than that.

When I received my phone battery it was received in a polythene bag. Not sealed in anyway and no formal Nokia identification. This made me very suspicious but from the time the battery actually lasts I am now convinced that it was new when I received it and not second hand.

Postage to France was way way to high though.

Works almost as well as original - good value, 2010-08-14
Not sure if this is original nokia, it looks similar although it did not fit quite as well, bit tight, slightly different at one end. The hologram is not the same quality as my original. The performance was quite good the N97 can be power hungry at times and this lasted aswell but then seemd to just drop away quickly.At this price though its a good buy for extra portable power.
