This is my absolute favorite! It is slim and light, fits in any pocket (jacket or jeans), and the battery is enough for a week (if you don't talk all the time, naturally).
However, I use it mainly to take calls and I don't use any functions apart from calling and txt messages. It allegedly has a radio and camera but I have never tried to use either and I don't think I ever will. You can browse the internet with it but although the screen is fairly big and bright I would not recommend it too seriously unless you need a weather forecast or currency exchange rates. It does have games as well but if you're choosing your mobile to play games, how 'bout getting a life?
Very decent materials, after three months of using not a trace of wear and tear. Nokia software is a league of its own but then if you had one Nokia you move on to the next and you don't look at others. And you don't need anyone trying to convince you how good it is. I have always asked for the cheapest Nokia there was and I have never complained.
This is a phone for adults - you won't impress anyone with it. If you think your sex appeal needs some accessorizing, you may not find this one your perfect choice. In other words - if you need a phone, it is the perfect choice. If you need a lot of other stuff as well, it probably is not.

Purchased this phone for my wife and she is delighted with it.The menu is easy to follow and function buttons are large enough to operate. I have an I phone and the scrolling is not as smooth as the I phone and is a little difficult to move up and down. I partially cured this by slipping a nintendo ds pen in the case which she finds easy to work. I noticed that the american version of this phone has a pen slot fitted. For this price it is a great phone if you like the I phone type of operation and a hell of a lot cheaper

I bought this about 4 months ago having progressed to high end glam phones found that most of them were quirky (deficient) in at least one respect and last LG one was a complete dog.
So have tried to get back to basics - my first attempt resulted in a cheap Samsung which had appauling screen and this was my 2nd attempt.

No complaints at all really - sound quality is great and screen very bright and sharp. Occasionally press 2 keys or wrong key but that maybe my dumpy fingers.
Most of my calls to same small group of people so have liitle use for keys except when texting.

I Gig memory included with my deal which was fab and could hold bags of music etc but I choose to use my Ipod for that stuff and this as a plain and simple phone. The combination works well.
Incidentally 2 Meg camera is very good and gives lovely sharp/bright images up to 1200 x 1600 if you want it but I use mostly 640 x 480 for posting to web and these are fine.

This phone suits my needs in conjuntion with Ipod Touch for music and games and cannot fault it and at this price is excellent value for money.

I did a lot of shopping around to find something suitable for my wife; a fully-fledged smart phone would have been way too expensive and the main criteria was a half decent camera. For the price it's pretty decent. She got used to the touch-screen pretty quickly. Internet is pretty poor (no 3G or Wifi to help speed things up), but that wasn't a requirement for her. The battery lasts for ages. Overall, a nice cheap phone with decent build quality & camera.

I bought this to use as a simple phone, sync my calendar and contacts with Google (Needed syncML), bluetooth in the car (needed bluetooth and PBAP) and a laptop modem (wanted 3G). This phone fitted the bill.

Downsides are: Dreadful cheap keypad, slow processor which means just a little delay after each key push, and for me, battery life of only 2 days (not using it very hard).

Overall its adequate.

Bought this as a spare emergency phone. Have to say much easier to use as a phone than my all singing and dancing fully functioned Nokia! Very neat and lightweight, good battery life - camera is rubbish but I didn't buy it for that. Great value if you just want a good basic mobile phone
