I have had this phone for 3 years now as I got it quite near the time it came out. Many reviews say this phone breaks easily, this was something I was weary about when I got the phone but it is actually a really tough phone. I've dropped it on concrete, down the stairs and anywhere else you can think of. It's been through a lot of rough times and there is no damage at all! The music buttons are excelent and easy to use, the music player is also excelent. The slide of the phone is so nice, smooth and easy to use. I've got an 8gb micro sd card in the phone and it deals with it fine. The camera compared to some of my friends phones (LG cookies and that sort of thing) is actually better!!!!!!! Its excelent!!!!! It has amazing battery life! So all in all, an amazing phone!!!!!!!!!!!

Great 'Girlie' Phone!, 2010-06-20
This is a great phone for 'girls'of any age. I bought this for my 12 year old daughter who loves anything pink. It is great value with easy to use functions and a touch screen and is very 'cool' so is ideal for teenagers, and The Pay As You Go system allows you to keep a check on what they are spending. It has all the 'necessary functions' - it plays and downloads music and enables video recording. My daughter has had hours of pleasure from playing music and making her own videos of herself and friends dancing, as well as the usual phoning and texting. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great value phone with style.

I'm 12 years old and I got this phone for a birthday present. First of all the good points:The speakers are great and get up to a good sound without the big speaker but with the big speaker when I put it in the first time I got a real shock of how loud it could go.It was realy good quality sound but when I put it to the very high sound it whent a bit buzzy and I'm scared I'll brake the speaker. Also it is quite easy and simple to set up as I did it my self.You can work out what each button does simply.Now on to the bad points:The charge only lasts 2 to 3 days which is very annoying as I have to charge it most nights.Also I know a friend who has the same phone and the flap at the front came loose and came of.But cause I have made sure that dosen't happend to mine I've been taking extra good care. So as long you don't bring the flap to back or drop the phone when the flap is open it shouldn't be a big problem.And even when the flap does fall of you can still use the MP3 player by pressing the button at the side on the left.[It's only small but the only button there at the side.]

This phone is really smart, a lovely compact size and there are some interesting features, but it's cons far outweigh the pros.

If you have taken the time to set wallpaper, screensaver, individual ringtone / message tones, then be prepared to do it all again the next time you have turned your phone off and then on again - because this phone insists on returning it to the factory theme. And if the pictures or music you are using are on a memory card, count yourself lucky it doesn't say 'file corrupt' - if it recognises the memory card at all. I tried 2 different ones to no avail.
Changing any contact details will make the phone go on lock down and do nothing, or turn itself off.
Also the clock can change randomly - don't rely on it for the correct time.

I love Sony Ericsson's but this one is a real design dud. Save your money on this one and choose a different model. Unless you like a challenge ;)

Really good phone. Had my nokia 5800 stolen at a oncert and got this with the insurance money and glad i did . Really good phone obv. the qwerty keyboard is great camera is better than eveyrone seems to make out aswell. would definitly recomend.

I brought this phone recently and its one of the best I've had.

Very easy to use and to get used too. Sound is brilliant and the camera is one of the best I have seen.

Had no problems at all getting used to all the features, still learning things about it now.

as a basic cheap camera phone this is about as good as it gets. they are reliable and for the price you get a megapixel camera, bluetooth and can use full tracks as ringtones. the screen is not quite as sharp as more expensive models but if you want a sturdy inexpensive phone this is ideal
