The sound quality is great and they do not move one centimeter well your working out. I have used them with weight training and interval training and never had to adjust them. I have also used them well running in the rain and no problems. The head phones are great when you are active but can get a little uncomfortable if you just sitting at the computer, but thats not what they where made fore. Over all the best workout headphones I have ever purchased.

I'm impressed with my Sennheiser CX 400 II Ear-canal Phones, 2010-08-25
I brought my Sennheiser CX 400 II Precision Noise Isolating Ear-canal Phones with Integrated Volume Control - Black after my son got me a budget pair of ear canal phones to try as I always had difficulty keeping in, the supplied earphones with my Sony NWZS545B S Series 16GB Walkman with Built-In Stereo Speakers - Black.
I read many reviews prior to my purchase & put my trust in the Sennheiser name & generally good reviews which I read. To say that it was like being in the studio is an egsaduration but I am impressed with the quality and the price.They have reasonable noise canceling qualities
The added benifit of having multisized changable earbuds to suit the user is great, & I now have no problem keeping them in place for long periods of time in comfort.
As an added bonus there is a pouch supplied to store them in.
The only negative I could report is that the wire is a rubbery type material which tends to tangle a little, BUT I do tend to wrap the phones around my MP3 (don't we all?) I have recently ordered a pair of Sennheiser CX 300 II Precision Noise Isolating Ear-canal Phones - White for my wife.

Excellent sports headphones, 2010-08-21
I love these headphones. They deliver great sound without annoying other gym users. Not ideal for exercises where your head is in contact with bench or floor, but I just push the band a bit lower towards my neck and they're fine. Very good purchase, makes such a difference and one that I hadn't expected, wish I'd bought them ages ago.

After months, if not years, of searching for decent headphones to replace old, broken Sony Fontopias, from the disappointment of replacement Sonys that just didn't fit sockets properly and Shures that seem to have forgotten to include any bass whatsoever, these have hit the spot. So good, I've just ordered a second set as spares.

My search for headphones was an unusual one as they were for my 7 year old son who has to wear one hearing aid in his left ear. My dilema being that we had been advised that he shouldn't use in-the-ear headphones as this could cause more damage long term so I needed some comfortable headphones that would sit neatly over his hearing aid.....these are PERFECT. Infact my husband has just come home and is now very jealous of his son's new headphones and even more so when I told him the price. I'm guessing we will be buying a second pair. The sound quality I have been informed by hubby is very good. For my son they also block out external noise quiet well and we have put a volume lock on his ipod so it isn't too loud and therefore won't cause any long term damage to his good ear. He is also using them to play his Dsi. A very good buy!

Purchased this head set to replace Bluetooth for my iPhone ,
Was having nothing but trouble with various , jawbone , plantronics, ect, since switching to these headphones people can actually hear me loud and clear,yes the answer button is not the easiest to locate. While driving, but for the price you can't have everything ,
The sound quality for listening to music is ok, ( but as I usually listen on boose headphone s this is not a fair comparison

My 2nd set of Sennheiser earphones..., 2010-09-09
...and I couldn't be much happier with them. My last set were used, pretty much daily, for over 2 years, on my iPod Classic, and took a lot of abuse--which is why one of the conductors eventually gave up the ghost. I paid around £17 for those, so I was pleased to be able to get the replacement set for pretty much the same price, though the spec is slightly better.

I filled the gap before the new ones arrived with a pair of Panasonic earphones from which I expected--and got--little in the way of quality. I've always assumed that, as I don't have a pair of lossless ears, there's not a lot of mileage in paying crazy money for equipment that delivers lossless quality, and I didn't expect that the new earphones would tear up the tarmac. However, maybe because the panasonic buds were so aweful, when the Sennheisers arrived, they blew me away. Really. The contrast was exceptional.

I'm listening to some Vaughan Williams as I write this, a good test to prove that they deliver real crispness and depth. As I said--I couldn't be happier with them...
