Well I've had various headsets in the past and all of them, especially the one before this Plantronics headset have packed up within a few months of purchase. I suppose that what you get when you buy cheap! Well a friend of mine recommended Plantronics because they are the headsets the call centres use, so I bought this headset.

I've been using it for a good month or two now and its still in excellent working order. The sound quality is perfect and to put it simply, it just works. My one and only criticism of the headset is that after a long time (3-4 hours) of constantly wearing it, it will begin to lie heavily on the ears and become uncomfortable. However, after a break of about 10 minutes or so, you can carry on using the headset again because your ears have recovered.

Excellent product I would recommend to anyone!

I needed a good pair of headphones for online gaming and as these were cheap and cheerful, I settled on these. Am glad I did as they are quite comfortable and the mic is just right. The volume control is a big plus and is very useful. Definitely recommended.

Very good headset, no complaints from microphone or speakers, not one for "big heads" cos they do get tight, but then that helps the Sound Quality.

The USB plug means no dependence on the PC or Laptops poor/no/broken Sound card. Don't forget to change the default sound device in Windows to avoid games getting confused.

If you have a good sound card you can plug in the two mini jacks instead.

I needed a replacement for my Plantronics C65 - the signal of the C65 wasn't quite strong enough to reach through a few walls down to the phone base-station downstairs at home.
I considered the C70 and this one - both in a similar price range. I went for this one because I like the over-the-head type of headset rather than the over-the-ear type (I like to walk around while I'm on the phone, and the over-the-head type is more stable). Also, this one has an instant mute rather than a three-second button-press for the C70 - a must if you do a lot of conference calls.
This is a very comfortable headset. The sound is very clear and strong compared to my old C65 and the range is absolutely fine - better than the C65.
Set-up was a doddle - just charge it up until the charge light goes out (took about 5 hours), press in the mute button for a few seconds then do the phone base-station thing (for my Philips it was pressing a button on the base station for a few seconds) and they connected absolutely perfectly.
Highly recommended - great sound, easy to set-up and very comfortable.

This is an incredible piece of kit. So far I've used it with Blackberry, Sony Ericsson, MacBook and Samsung Netbook and the sound quality (including stereo) is superb with virtually no hiccups or disconnections. Call control works well as does the media control for pausing tracks or even films on a PC! Battery lasts well and charges very quickly. It's also very comfortable and can be worn all day without discomfort.

A good example of a quality Plantronics product.
