I did a bit of research, mostly on the Apple Store Website and Amazon before buying this. I had initially considered one of the Aliph Jawbone Aliph Jawbone ICON 'The Rogue' Bluetooth Headset - Red Smoke units because they looked cool but my Amazon research changed my mind on that.
The 975 arrived on Wednesday and I am delighted. It is small, discreet and from my 9-5 use so far it seems extremely efficient.
I am also delighted that it works really well with iPhone's voice recognition.
It does what a headset is meant to do; sound is good, it links easily with the phone and apparently people don't pick up that I am on a headset.
If you are impressed with iPhone 4, then you'll understand when I say that this should ship with it.

Plantronics .Audio 995, a clear winner for the wireless generation!, 2010-09-01
This is the first wireless headset that I have purchased, and initially after reading some reviews about the range of this device, I was a little sceptical, but thought I would give it a try as it currently has a 39% price reduction.

The item arrived promptly from Amazon and in perfect condition (be prepared for a fight, as the plastic box this item arrives in doesn't want to give the headset up!). The headset took about 4 hours to charge fully, and when the dongle was plugged into my Windows 7 computer, it took about 30 seconds to detect and install software for the headset and it was ready to go. It really is that simple, and this was the case for my notebook as well.

Living in a modern apartment, I don't have particularly thick walls, and can use this headset all around my house at a maximum range of about 25 metres, and I only get an occasional breakup at the extreme range. I found that this headset certainly doesn't suffer from poor range issues as other reviewers have commented on.

The sound quality on the headset is also exceptional, with good midrange and bass sounds reproduced faithfully. This was a nice surprise, as I had originally purchased this headset for use with Skype, but have found myself increasingly using it for watching films and listening to music.

Overall this is a fantastic piece of kit, and should be top of your list when looking to purchase a wireless headset.

BRILLIANT BLUETOOTH, 2010-09-02
I ordered the voyager 520 on Tuesday 31st August and it arrived on Thursday 2nd September, I've never had anything delivered so fast and considering it was free postage and packing I was amazed to receive it so quickly. I paired it up with my two mobiles no problem at all and it is really comfortable to wear. Will definately recommend it to my friends. A brilliant buy at a brilliant price.

Quality product worth the money, 2010-08-09
Does exactly what it says. You can use it for hours without noticing it. It has a long cable hence you can move around too while you are on your PC or Laptop. Sound and speech recognition is also great.

Best thing since sliced bread?, 2010-08-29
Well, I would not say that for a start you can't eat it but saying that as a coach driver I need a headset that will last me at least 9 hours standby with some talk time if needs be.

I've found that in use this lasts at least 15 hours, a 12 hour shift and 1.5 hour trip to work each way with no problem, charges within an hour and they offer a 12v charger if it's needed, say you're away from home for a few days with no access to mains.

This headset can connect to two head sets at the same time, handy if you have one for work and one for private use or you could connect your PC/Laptop via a Bluetooth dongle and use it with skype or any "webphone" service saving you even more money!

I would like to compare it to my old Sennheiser VMX100 which I lost because it was not as easy on my ear as this one; this one you can forget is on your ear!

To sum it up if you want a Bluetooth headset that can last all day and then some this is your headset the Sennheiser VMX100 might be more discreet but for comfort you can't find better then the Voyager pro!

Great gadget, 2010-08-31
Have a baby who's a very light sleeper so these come in handy when I want to watch movies etc online. Excellent sound quality, and works well with Skype too!

Not made for sports, 2010-06-02
I tryed these after my Motorola S9 bluetooth headset eventually packed up working due to sweat when I ran.
I thought these might be better but although the performance and quality were far superior, they packed up on my second 10 mile run.
At this point I have sent them back for a replacement but I think I'll just keep them for other times but not for running/training.
To be fair I do sweat a lot more than most people, but if they advertise them for sports, then they should withstand atleast a moderate amount of sweat as the two are fairly common together.
Great product, but not for sports. (If you sweat)May be they meant for sports as in watching motor sport???

Cheap and cheerful, 2010-06-28
I've not got any problems with this, it's got a mute button and volume control on the cord which is handy for conference calls. It can be deployed as shown in the picture with a boom over the head or with a clip-on bit that goes over your ear. Great with a DECT phone - wander round the house handsfree!

The Plantronics Audio 400 DSP headset looks a quality item, it is comfortable to wear and has great sound. Also, a very reasonable price for such a first class item.
