This is simply the best Bluetooth headset I've ever owned the sound is great, it syncs really easily to the phone, and is styled so well that you won't to not have it on your ear all the time. I think that if you use Bluetooth a lot then this is a must have.

If you like to talk on the phone and get things done at the same time, this is definitely worth considering. Headset on, plug into your cordless phone (you'll need one with a headset socket - try Panasonic, but not all phones have them). Now, answer the phone, or call someone, and have a long chat while doing something else. I've done the dishes, sorted laundry, put a bedframe together, made dinner....my friends and I can talk for Scotland. And if you are waiting for a call centre to answer your call, this solves the problem of sitting waiting for an hour while they pass you from pillar to post. You can just get on with stuff. I can't survive without this - I have three, just in case one gets lost or damaged.

To begin, I searched for a headset for a a couple of months until i came down to the final 2 and bought this one. Why, well I use this for both my personal phone and my business phone, both on the same headset. It alerts me when there is a call from the other phone whlist on the the other, its a very comfortable headset and is very very easy to set up. I've actually owned a few headset in my time and unfortunately I've lost them all, the over ear holder is very comfortable, so close you forget that its there and also stops you from losing it! Excellent build quality, stylish, user friendly, functional and reliable, that should say it all...

No doubt this headset has turned out to be amazing. I use it most of the time, mostly for chat over skype as well as for listening to music & over this time, iv'e never gone across a single problem with this device.

This headset provides excellent clarity for voice and while listening to music, offers a great amount of bass.

Have owned many a headset in the past and have always been a Plantronics fan.

Have just ditched my recent USB set as they just constantly conflicted with my pc. Though the quality was cracking.

Bought these as I wanted some that used the good old jacks.

I have a fairly fat head and would say that about 3 hours would be enough without the need for a rest, as they are nice and snug. They fit well around my ears and as they are my first ever "closed" set, I like the fact I now can't hear the wife :)

The padding on the over head band and around the ears is super!

For the price you will struggle to find a better pair and probably a better pair for much more.

The sound quality is ace, a little tinney to start, but with a slight alteration to the EQ they are spot on.

You wont regret buying these.

Bought the far cheaper Jabra BT2020 back in Feb but found I couldn't be heard easily. I then looked for a better quality behind-the-ear Bluetooth headset and settled on the Plantronics Voyager Pro.

* Delivered product in 2 days - good service, no problems at all.

HEADSET - PLUS POINTS

* Very comfortable. I wear metal framed glasses regularly (have thin metal arms) and I find there's no physical interference with the headset. I have worn this for hours at at time and I can forget I have it on. With thick plastic spectacle arms I imagine this could be more of an issue.

* Secure. I really like that the behind-the-ear design which you know isn't unexpectedly going to part company with your ear. It sits securely and in the right position. It's adjustable for left or right ear.

* Looks good IMO. OK, there's definitely more of a functional than a designery thing going on in the looks dept and the-behind-the-ear design can look a bit dorky in some models. However, I reckon this is an excellent compromise between something that works well and something that looks good. The stainless steel foil on the boom adds a quality touch. The feel of the device is good and though it looks delicate, it feels quite robust in use. I reckon with appropriate care this unit will last well.

* Sound clarity is excellent. No one has said 'are you on speakerphone' or 'are you using a headset'. I can hear and be heard very clearly either in an office or in the car and I have quite a noisy car.

* Ease of use. The buttons are simple and work well. No need for extensive studying of the instructions.

* Feels nicely made with appropriate plastics.

* Comes with car, USB and plug-in charger - you're set to go from the off.

HEADSET - NEGATIVES

* Volume could be louder. I suspect the health & safety police have ensured the max volume isn't too loud. It's never been a problem but sometimes I wouldn't mind it being a bit louder in the car.

* No carry pouch. I found an old jewellery one and use that which I feel it needs. Given the price it should come with at least a simple cloth pouch.

I have tried many other wireless headsets and they where all rubbish. I was about to give up on finding one that worked when I saw all the good things people where saying about this product. Now there was only one problem. I run windows 7. Some people say it will not work but let me tell you it 100% does.

1 Open box.
2 Give the headset a good charge.
3 Put on head.
4 Plug in USB stick.
5 Turn on head set.
(6 You may need to use control pannel to set this device as your default before it will work.)

Thats it!

Sound is great and works all over my house no problems. It only cut out as i walked down the street.

9/10 Not as good as a wired headset...but VERY close! I get about 8 hours life after charging overnight.

Down side:- The USB charge cable you get is very short. If you have a large head its a little tight but fits just fine. Also it cuts out ALL other sounds around you. (Ive jumped out of my skin a few times with people walking up behind me.)
