This product is great, well worth the money, I got this from Amazon at a bargain compared to how much it goes for elsewhere. It does just the trick, it looks nice, it works perfectly, its convenient and I recommend it. You can set the wireless remote and socket to one of 8 combinations so you could have 8 of these in your house if you wanted. Perfect for turning off all appliances at once (while still leaving 2 essentials permanently turned on) from anywhere in the house with the flick of a switch. Its like having home automation but at a fraction of the cost.

What can I say, it's a 3.5mm - twin phono - I use it to hook up an old MP3 player to my home theatre amp. The build quality is excellent and the cable has an expensive look about it - I wouldn't let any cheap ugly cables near my beloved amp :-)Sound quality is as good as you can expect considering the source I've been using.

All round, excellent value - highly reccomended.

I was thinking of replacing my laptop because its fan was making strange noises and the laptop was getting uncomfortably hot. This cooling stand has given my laptop a second life. Temperature stays within 45°C to 60°C all the time and the fan is not very loud. It turns faster with the external adaptor plugged in and you definitely need the extra power if you want to use the USB ports. Very practical. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Great Product, 2010-08-22
I purchased this because I needed a card reader as my computer reader had broken. I originally bought a cheap reader but it was hopeless (you only get what you pay for as I now know). The Belkin card reader is a quality piece of equipment and is easy to use as it shows where every type of card should go unlike the cheaper options. It takes all types of cards without the need for adapters. I have given this five stars as it is an excellent product and if you need a card reader then you won't be disappointed with this one.

Great product although does not work with 3rd gen. iPod touch, 2010-07-31
Well built item, arrived quickly. However as the title states it will not work with the 3rd gen. iPod touch. Works great with my older iPod photo though and charges it quickly. It is also very sturdy and well made. Good value.
