Simple, useful, reliable with caller display, interactive memories, headphone socket for your Plantronics and the most brilliant volume adjustable handsfree. I've had about 12 different business phones over the years, including some highly features Panasonics, but this is easily the one I feel most comfortable with. Don't bother with the more complex versions, nor ther simpler ones. They aren't all the same. This model is special, as you can see from the way it has held its price for many years. That's because those who know know how great it is.

Our company usually uses Plantronics headsets, but I tried these Accord headsets due to the BT brand and the fantastic cost saving. I saved hundreds of pounds and I have not had to sacrifice on quality - well done BT!

My elderly mother has now had this 'phone for over 6 months and it has proved to be reliable with clear sound. The large buttons help her rather imprecise hands. An excellent buy.

You need a small head!, 2009-03-19
I have been looking for a comfortable, clear headset for a while and I thought this might be it. Unfortunately as soon as I tried it on I realised it has not been designed for a man's head - and I do not have a particuarly large head. Too tight for comfort and the earpiece is too small as well. It was too small for my wife as well. I did not get around to testing the sound quality as it went back to Amazon the next day. Back to my Plantronics headset until I find something better.

This is a rugged WifFi adapter for your laptop.

Again - like the other products in the BT Voyager range, it is easy to install. I used one of these for 2 years, the card eventually broke - but it always took a bit of a beating as the card added to the width of my laptop and it got knocked every time I put my laptop back in it's case. I'm surprised it lasted to long considering!

I did notice towards the end that the driver software for this was becoming more difficult to find on the BT.com website, but I'm sure that if you really need it you'd be able to connect to the web (via LAN cable!) and search for it - alternatively, don't lose the bundled CD-Rom like I did!!!
