I decided to buy this item after originally buying one which did not have USB facility. So far I'm v happy with the product - sound quality is superb at both ends and it does exactly as it's supposed to. Also feels quite good on the head which is important as well. Recommended.

This is a great cover - more so if used in conjunction with a case such as the Griffin Clarify or similar - even rubber case.
I've had no problem - Yes, I messed my first one up because I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but with lots spare, it wasn't a problem!

Superb value if you get Sony original parts, 2009-06-18
I bought two of these from Flashsuperstore and had no major issues with the product supplied. Sound quality was excellent and identical to the original headphones supplied with my SE 810i mobile phone. The jack plugs were gold plated and the plastic parts identical to the original, so these are definitely not clones. I suspect they may have become surplus to requirements when the SE 810i was discontinued.

I did have a minor problem with both adaptors at the base of the phone. At first these were intermittent, but 'wiggling' the connectors around had the effect of cleaning the mating surfaces and a good connection was soon achieved. There were no issues of intermittent contact in the cables themselves and cable strain relief is perfectly adequate for normal use.

Unfortunately, Amazon find themselves forced to change third party suppliers frequently in order to maintain supply of these items, and it seems that some less scrupulous suppliers may be selling cloned parts. Because the customer feedback largely fails to mention suppliers by name, it is difficult for prospective customers to guage whether they will get original Sony product or cloned items.

A great little charger. It did exactly what I wanted it for to charge my Ipod Touch 2nd Gen. It also as a bonus to me charges my Sandisk clip and satnav. Great for me not having to turn my computer on just to charge these items. Well worth the price in my opinion. Its also very light so works well a travel charger.

Bought this phone from Amazon last week and it is miles better than our old phone. It is very stylish and easy to use as well as having lots of features such as text messaging, a really good answer phone and 200 number capacity. Amazon were also offering it at a very good price.

After reading previous reviews I bought two screen protectors at the same time in case I messed up putting it on the phone. However I found the instructions clear and fitting it very straightforward, so I now have a spare. Would agree with previous comments to line the protector up first and apply it to the screen gradually.
